Hangout at the 'Cafe', our Moroccan inspired internal lounge that can be used as overflow meal seating or just a space to chill and play games or chat.

Area in the single garage where the young ones can play or read from the many toys and children's books on offer. Relax on the beanbags, or play with toy cars on the play mat.

SELF CONTAINED UNIT
There is a dedicated parking bay out the front of the retreat that can easily accommodate 2 cars. The unit is open plan dining, kitchen and lounge with its own separate entrance and courtyard.

We are local and will be contactable for anything you need during your stay.
Hazards : being semi rural, we have a number of hazards including high retaining walls, steps without hand rails, uneven ground in the paddocks. So we ask that you please be careful when moving around and look out for young ones.
Camera : There is one external camera on the Main house which is active 24/7. This is is installed next to the entrance of the Main House, monitoring the gate and the driveway. This is recording but not actively monitored and is used for security purposes. It does not view in side the house.
Alarm System : The main house and Unit have an alarm system (not used) with motion sensors in the Lounge and Main bedroom.
Semi Rural : Being semi rural, we do get insects and small animals around the property including Daddy Long Legs spiders, Geckos (very small lizards), Rabbits and Birds.
Sheep : We have Sheep on the property that we will need to check on from time to time.
Gardens & Lawns : We also have a gardener and lawn care person who may be on site from time to time.
Rubbish Collection : We will come onsite to take rubbish to curb on Sunday afternoon/evening and will return bins on Monday.
